Richard WuesthoffRichard “Rick” Wuesthoff, 71, of Albion, died peacefully at his home on Jan. 26, 2019 with his loving and devoted wife, Ellen, by his side, and after having been cared for by her and Hospice of Orleans. Rick was born on Nov. 12, 1947 in Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich. to Robert and Elizabeth (Dewalsche) Wuesthoff.

The family eventually moved to Doniphan, Mo., where Rick graduated from Doniphan High School. He then joined the United States Navy, completed his basic training in Memphis, Tenn., and was stationed in Corpus Christi, Texas. Rick went on to serve in the Naval Reserves in Bainbridge, Md. He took a job working for the United States Department of Defense at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Ala. as an information technology computer specialist, retiring in 2006 and then moving with his wife to Waterport and later Albion. He lived in this area for more than 20 years. Rick enjoyed woodworking, and he created beautiful furniture for their home.

Mr. Wuesthoff was predeceased by his parents; and by his brother, Martin “Marty” (Carol) Wuesthoff.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ellen (Neilson) Wuesthoff; their children, Cheri (Rob) Lewandowski, Eric (Melissa) Wuesthoff, Marcy (Dan) Nelson and Craig Hartl; brother, Kenneth (Betty) Wuesthoff; sister, Lorraine (Harold) Williamson; several grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation, and a private service of remembrance will be scheduled for a later date at the convenience of the family.

Gloria (Wolf) O’Mara

Gloria O'MaraGloria W. O’Mara, 80, of Albion, passed away Jan. 25, 2019. She was born Dec. 10, 1938 in Rochester, a daughter of the late Raymond and Elsie (Webster) Wolf.

She was employed by the Orleans County Department of Social Services for 17 years, and by the state of Florida for 10 years. Gloria enjoyed sewing, bingo and baseball, especially when Cal Ripken was playing. Gloria received the most enjoyment spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, James, in 2012; and by her sisters, Ellen Wolf, Rosemary Kingsley and Carol Durfee.

Gloria is survived by her children, James “Buzzy” O’Mara of Albion, Pamelia (Rick Heise) Taylor of Albion, Linda (Brian) Burke of Albion, Debra O’Mara of Albion and Brenda “Bear” Creasey of Albion; grandchildren, Joshua (Laura) Wolck, Michael (Karina) Sargent, Danielle (Mitch Todd) Wirth, Alexis Creasey, Christian Swiercznski, Nicolina Creasey, Guy and Jeffrey Burke; great-grandchildren, Josephine Wolck and Oakley Todd; sisters, Shirley Gatti of Rochester and Cynthia (Frank) Cape of Florida; brothers, William (Sue) Wolf of Tennessee and Raymond C. Wolf of Florida; brother-in-law, Thomas Durfee; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Joseph D. Pescara

Joseph PescaraJoseph D. “Joe” Pescara, 63, of Albion, passed away on Jan. 25, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born Aug. 8, 1955 in Medina to Albert and Betty (Gibbs) Pescara.

Joe was a huge fan of sports, especially football, baseball and hockey. He really loved spending time outdoors on his property with his dog, Robi Joe. Joe worked at GM for 30 years. He was a kind, gentle, positive person who was always easygoing and friendly.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brother, Gary.

Joe is survived by his mother, Betty Pescara; siblings, Linda Muscarella, Scott Pescara and Brenda (late Russell) Witt; nieces and nephews, Mindy (David) Mosier, Jennifer (Tim) Comstock, Todd Witt, Ashley (Mike) Hougle, Joseph Muscarella, Devin Pescara, Breanne Pescara and Olivia Pescara; great-niece and great-nephew, Reis and Mari Hougle; stepmother, Barbara Pescara; and several aunts, uncles and friends.

Thomas VickAmerican flagThomas W. Vick, 72, of Kendall/Hilton, passed away with his loving family by his side on Jan. 24, 2019. Tom was born Nov. 8, 1946 in Rochester, a son of the late Frederick and Eleanor (Shaw) Vick.

He served in the United States Army, 3rd Infantry of The Old Guard, “The President’s Own.” Tom was a member of the Kendall Lions Club, and a member and past chief of the Kendall Fire Department. Tom was a former employee of Alliance Tool Co.

He was predeceased by his brother, William; and sister, Marilynn Reynolds.

Tom is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Christy; son, Nathaniel Vick; daughters, Christine Vick and Lara (Jimmy) Rodriguez; grandchildren, Joshua, Natalia and David; sister, Pat (Bob) Pitcher; sister-in-law, Sheryl Vick; several nieces and nephews; and his dog, “Speckles.”

Tom’s memorial service will be held at Calvary Chapel Westside, 2407 S. Union St., Spencerport NY 14559, on Thu., Jan. 31 at 10:30 a.m.

Lisa Kenward

Lisa A. Kenward, 53, of Medina, entered into rest on Wed., Jan. 23, 2019 at Buffalo General Hospital.

Born Oct. 30, 1965 in Syracuse, N.Y., Lisa was a daughter of the late Ernest and Cecelia (Charland) Secore. She loved to travel, especially on her many trips to Hawaii. Lisa also enjoyed various arts and crafts, embroidering, and making jewelry. Lisa loved spending time with her grandchildren and her many friends. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile and for never being afraid to speak her mind. Lisa will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Kenward; two children, Cora Leigh Ann (Joseph) Wilson and Gary Alan John “AJ” (Melony) Tarr; grandchildren, Jocelyn, Alexa, Ethan, Oliver, Adeline “BootyButt,” and soon-to-be sixth grandchild, Lyla Lee Ann Tarr, whom she was very much looking forward to welcoming into the world; two sisters, Charmane Dann and Darlene (late Fred) Bodway; several nieces and nephews, including Todd, Jeremy and Patrick Bodway; and her in-laws, Clayton and Patricia Kenward.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by four brothers, Rickey, Ernie, Ronnie and Rockey Secore.

Helen Godfrey

Helen H. Godfrey, 93, of Middleport, died Jan. 23, 2019 in Orchard Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, following a long illness. She was born May 18, 1925 in Punxsutawney, Pa. to Hugh and Ida (Hall) Edmondson, and she lived in the Western New York area most of her life.

Helen was a longtime member of Middleport United Methodist Church and, as a faithful woman, read her Bible twice a day. She was a person who was full of life, which could be seen through her magnificent smile. That smile was on full display when she was enjoying time with her family, as Helen was a very social person. She also enjoyed traveling in her earlier years, particularly to Florida with her husband.

Mrs. Godfrey was predeceased by her husband, Almond; and by her 11 siblings.

She is survived by her sons, Thomas (Pauline) Godfrey of Colorado, Michael Godfrey of Lyndonville, and Dennis (Shari) Godfrey of Middleport; daughters, Diane (late Philip) MacDonald of Lyndonville and Sharon (Jeffery) Hill of Middleport; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

The family will receive friends on Sat., Feb. 2 from 2 to 2:30 p.m. at Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport, where her funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 2:30 p.m. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Lynhaven Cemetery.

James Miceli

James S. “Jim” Miceli, 68, of Brockport, passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on Jan. 22, 2019. He was born April 5, 1950 in Albion to the late James F. and Lillian (LoIacono) Miceli.

Jim was an attorney for over 40 years, with his own practice in Brockport. In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing, watching television, reading, scuba diving, hiking, and spending time with family. Jim was a 1968 graduate of Albion High School. He earned his B.S. degree from SUNY Brockport and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Being an SU graduate, Jim was an obvious Syracuse Orangemen fan, as well as a fan of the New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills. Jim benefited dearly from his close relationship with his family and friends over the past six months as he fought a courageous battle with cancer. He cherished all the special moments he spent with his family and friends.

Jim is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Marcy (Strouse); daughter, Sarah (Brad) Smith of Olathe, Kan.; son, Daniel (Aimee Richardson) Hodge of Gates, N.Y.; granddaughter, Kira Skye Hodge; sister, Joanne (Eileen Pagan) Miceli of Sag Harbor, N.Y.; as well as countless relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home, 21 West Ave., Albion NY 14411, on Mon., Jan. 28 from 3 to 7 p.m. Jim’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish/St. Joseph’s Church, Park Street, Albion NY 14411, on Tue., Jan. 29 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

Agnes Monks

Agnes T. Monks, 85, of Brockport, passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 21, 2019. She was born Feb. 13, 1933 in Glasgow, Scotland.

Agnes married the love of her life, John “Jack” Monks, on Sept. 26, 1956 in Scotland and moved to the United States with Jack and her four sons on Dec. 21, 1968. She enjoyed knitting, having a nice chat, spending time with her family and friends, and watching “Jeopardy.”

Agnes was predeceased by her husband, Jack, in 2005; and by her siblings, Sarah, Maria, James, Sonny and John.

Agnes is survived by her sons, Brian (Jeannette), John Anthony Corr (Mary), Stephen (Kathy), and David (Shari); grandchildren, Jaclyn, John (Sarita), Laura, Jennifer, Natalie, Andrew and Emily; nine great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

1939-2019

Prudence Kielland Pecorella, of Bonita Springs, Fla., died Jan. 16, 2019 peacefully at home, with family by her side, after an extended battle with cancer.

Prue is survived by her loving husband and partner of over 58 years, Matteo; her beloved daughters, Tracy Pfeil and Sherry Romagnola; grandchildren, Casey (Philip) Randall, Nikole (Christopher) Olson, Jamieson Pfeil, Jordan Pfeil, Dylan Romagnola and Madison Romagnola; her great-grandchildren, Kaylee Randall, Kelsey Randall, Jacob Randall, Brayden Olson and Brynlee Olson; her sister-in-law, Frances Oakes; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Charles and Phyllis Pecorella; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father, Edmund Jamieson, in 1942; her mother and father, Marian Frank Jamieson Kielland and Lief Kielland, in 1982; and her sister-in-law, Shirley Pecorella Coffey.

Prue was born in Fawn River, Mich. on April 25, 1939, spending her early childhood there, including losing her father at age three, before moving to Connecticut with her mother and adoptive father as an adolescent. She graduated from Emma Willard School in Troy, N.Y., later attending the University of Connecticut and SUNY Potsdam, where she met her husband-to-be, Matt. They were married on June 25, 1960 and moved to Virginia, Western New York and the Bahamas, eventually settling in Brockport. As a young wife and mother, she still became active in her communities and in politics. She was named Jaycee of the Year (1962-1963) in Lewiston, N.Y., was a member of Brockport Junior Women’s Club, was Chairperson of the Town of Sweden Republican Committee, and was a member of the Monroe County and New York State Republican committees. She was also a member of the Barefoot Beach Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was an avid golfer and snow skier as a member of the Ridgemont Country Club in New York, the Shadow Wood Country Club in Florida and, formerly, the Holimont Ski Club in New York. Her highest priority was always her family and friends.

There will be no calling hours. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Celebrations of Prue’s life will be held at a future date.

Jane Dingman

Jane Dingman, 92, of Albion and Medina, went to be with the Lord on Mon., Jan. 21, 2019 at The Villages of Orleans Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born April 10, 1926 in Lockport, the daughter of the late Walter and Mattie (Siers) Schuyler, and she lived in this area all of her life.

Jane lived in Medina most of her life and graduated from the Medina school system. She married the love of her life, Kenneth Dingman, on June 2, 1979.

Jane was a production worker at Fisher-Price in Medina for over 15 years in the molding department.

Mrs. Dingman was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth A. Dingman; daughter, Barbara Schuyler; son, David Brady; sister, Marion Schuyler; twin brothers, Harold and Gerald Schuyler; and brother, Raymond Schuyler. She is survived by several relatives and friends.

Kathy Murphy-Rought

Kathy left us too soon on Sat., Jan. 12, 2019 with her husband, Harold, and her family by her side. She was the daughter of William (Eleanor) Murphy and the late Betty Murphy.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her sister, Linda (John) Nielsen; brother, Jack (Judy) Murphy; nieces, Lisa (Brett), Beth (Dan), and Rebecca; nephew, Matt (Taka); grandniece, Jessica; grandnephew, Gregory; stepchildren, Sara (Marcus) and Andrew (Caite); and the Dallas family.

Kathy was known for her love of the Wizard of Oz, her Cairn Terriers, the Buffalo Bills and the Velveteen Rabbit. She was a wonderful, compassionate and spiritual soul.

Kathy was a vocational rehabilitation counselor who worked at ACCES-VR, Unified Services of Rensselaer County and Albany High School. She was an unrelenting advocate for people with disabilities.

When she retired, she and her husband took adventures in their RV when they weren’t watching ships on the St Lawrence River.

A celebration of Kathy’s life will be held Sat., Feb. 2 at the Italian American Community Center in Albany, N.Y.

Donations in Kathy’s memory may be made to the Hudson Mohawk Humane Society in Menands, N.Y.; or to American Heart Association.

Michelle Mix

Michelle L. Mix, 58, of Highland, Calif. and formerly of Lockport, passed away on Mon., Oct. 8, 2018 at her home.

Born on Oct. 7, 1960 in Lockport, she was the daughter of Robert (Karen) Mix Sr. of Medina and Donna White Graham of Lockport.

Michelle grew up in the Lockport area and worked as a hostess for an area hotel. She later moved to San Bernardino County, Calif. and worked in the county payroll department.

Besides her parents, Michelle is survived by a daughter, Amber Betzler Neyses of California; siblings, Robert Mix Jr. of Lockport, Barry (Sheryl) Mix of Middleport, and Laura Dean of Lockport; and several nieces and nephews.

Michelle is predeceased by a brother, Randy Mix.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Sat., Jan. 26 at Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St., Medina NY 14103, with the Rev. Erik Olsen officiating. Burial will be private for the family at Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery in the spring.

Stephen F. Coville Sr.

Stephen CovilleAmerican flagStephen F. Coville Sr., 76, of Albion, passed away on Jan. 17, 2019 in Strong Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Crandall Road in the Town of Gaines on March 23, 1942, a son of the late Arnold and Gladys (Snell) Coville.

He graduated from Albion High School in the class of 1961. Shortly after that, he joined the U.S. Marine Corps, serving most of his four-year tour on the west coast as an aircraft mechanic in the Air Wing and achieving the rank of corporal.

He married the love of his life, Annette Ciccoline, on June 15, 1963. Following his military service, he and Annette returned to Albion, eventually moving next door to the house in which he was born. He was known to always be a hard worker, and over the years he was employed at Kodak, Frontier Kitchen of Batavia, Abex Corporation in Medina, J & J Refrigeration in Albion, and Allied Frozen Storage in Brockport. He retired in 2005 from the Albion Correctional Facility.

His lifelong dedication to mentoring youth was evidenced by his 26 years as Sandstone Park Little League coach and manager, producing a number of championship teams and successful high school and college athletes, but he was most proud of the men they grew up to be. He followed his coaching with another 16 years as the volunteer caretaker and lawn mower at Sandstone Park, where he also ran the concession stand for all of the games. He spent countless hours at St. Mary’s Archers’ Club, where he was a Life Member and held a number of officer positions over the years, including President and Trustee. He was a Meals on Wheels volunteer, enjoyed refinishing furniture, and was an avid gardener. Steve was a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan and a proud Democrat, and he was happy to discuss both with anyone who dared open the conversation. He enjoyed his time in his “man cave” barn/workshop with his friends.

He cherished his time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and he was their biggest fan and supporter at all of their many activities and endeavors.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Stephen is survived by his wife of 55 years, Annette J. Coville; children, Stephen (Trish) Coville II of Barre Center, Tina (Averell) Coville-Bauder of Ovid, Gloria (Skip) Lear of Albion, and Marcus (Pamela) Coville of Waterport; his grandchildren, Meghan Hughson, Jonathan Coville, Hannah Coville, Nathaniel Bauder, Chamberlain Bauder, Trevor (Tamara) Schutz, Janie Schutz, Rylie Lear, Emily (Aric) Fox, Valeri Kujawa and Madyson Coville; great-grandchildren, Aviannah Hughson, Eli Schutz, Baileigh McAdoo, Aric Fox, Adalynne Fox and Micah Kujawa; his Coville siblings, Gerald, Karen and Philip; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Gloria, Donald, Margaret, Arnold, Kenneth, Robert, Sally and Sandra.

Barbara Smith

Barbara M. Smith, 85, of Lyndonville, went to be with the Lord on Wed., Jan. 16, 2019 at her home.

Born on Aug. 31, 1933 in Lyndonville, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Ruth (Powley) Valentine.

Barb lived in Lyndonville all her life, graduating from Lyndonville High School and marrying the late Robert Smith. Barb worked at various jobs while raising her five children, including at FMC and Phinney Tool & Die, waitressing at the Apple Grove Inn, owning and operating Barb’s Lyn-D Lounge in Lyndonville and, lastly, working as Head Cook for Orleans Correctional Facility. Even after her retirement, Barb worked part-time at Rudy’s Diner. Barb enjoyed cooking and baking, going to the Senior Citizens Center in Medina, short trips with the Seniors, and going to the casino. In the winters, Barb would take trips to Palm Springs, Calif. to visit her children who lived there. Barb’s bright smile was well known and loved throughout the Lyndonville community.

Barb is survived by five children, Cheryl Starenchek of Baldwinsville, N.Y., Daryl (Ann) Smith of Lyndonville, Joan (Louis) Rossi of Saugus, Mass., Jessie Smith of Syracuse, N.Y., and Robert (Michael Barba) Smith of Palm Springs; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Ethel Valentine of Albion; and several nieces and nephews.

Barb is predeceased by a brother, Curtis Valentine; and a great-granddaughter, Ruby Williams.

As per Barb’s wishes, there are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held at West Ridgeway Cemetery in the spring.

Edward Egloff, 88, of Barre, passed away Jan. 17, 2019 at Premier Genesee Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born June 19, 1930 in Batavia, a son of the late Edward and Anna (Roth) Egloff. Ed was a member of Holy Family Parish/St. Joseph’s Church and the Alexander Steam & Gas Association. He owned and operated a dairy farm and sawmill in Barre for many years. Ed loved to tinker and could fix just about everything.

He was predeceased by his wife, Helen; daughter, Teresa Kodiak; sister, Mary Driesel; brother, Alexander; and sister, Florence Egloff.

He is survived by his children, Rose Egloff of Rome, N.Y., Edward (Sarah) Egloff of Loveland, Colo., John Egloff of Albion, Alex (Mary) Egloff of Barre, Mary Ann (Patrick) Lewis of Tennessee, Benjamin Egloff of Albion, and Margaret (Matt) Liebert of Illinois; grandchildren, Robert Egloff, Allison Vogan, Ashley Lewis, Seth Lewis and Keith Liebert; great-grandchildren, Kamren Vogan, Ann Marie Vogan and Caterina Vogan; brother-in-law, Joseph (Ellie) Kress; sister-in-law, Ruth Klaver; one niece, and several nephews and cousins.

Ed’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish/St. Joseph’s Church in Albion on Tue., Jan. 22 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Fairfield Cemetery in Spencerport.

Roy “Ole Roy” Williams, 82, of Albion and Barker, died Jan. 17, 2019 at Eastern Niagara Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He was born Aug. 17, 1936 in Carlton, a son of the late Roy E. and Evelyn J. (Walter) Williams, and he lived in this area all of his life.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Roy was a member of Free Methodist Church and the Albion Fire Department, and he also was the chaplain for the Orleans County Jail and the Orleans County Nursing Home for over 30 years. He owned and operated Thompson’s Home Furnishings in Albion for over 29 years. Roy was a very giving and loving man who thought of others before himself and always put God first.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Carol; his granddaughter, Melissa; his brothers, Don, Harold, Dave and Kenneth; and his sisters, Florence and Marilyn.

Roy is survived by his wife, Sylvia; son, Phil (Karen) Williams of Ohio; daughter, Nancy (David) Lowery of Albion; grandchildren, Emily, Andrea, Chad, Seth and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Eden, Jacob, Ailey and Cole; Sylvia’s son, David (Tammy) Seitzer of Lockport, and their son, Andrew; his brother, Richard Williams of Nyack, N.Y.; and his sister, Sharon Bacon of Medina.

The family will receive friends on Tue., Jan. 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Albion Free Methodist Church, 25 S. Platt St., Albion NY 14411, where his memorial service will be held Wed., Jan. 23 at 11 a.m. Burial and full military honors will be held in the springtime.

Sharon Wagner

Sharon (Simpson) Wagner, of Rochester, passed away surrounded by her family and caregivers at St. John’s Home in Rochester, N.Y. on Jan. 16, 2019. She was born Nov. 30, 1943 in Hamilton, Ontario to Marion and Harvey Simpson and raised in Rochester.

Sharon worked in the Rochester City School District as an elementary school librarian after her children were of school age. She enjoyed traveling, camping, crafting, gardening, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Sharon often commented that living in the log home she built with her husband, Richard, in Bethel, Vt. was like enjoying a permanent vacation, with its picturesque views and the serenity of the woods.

Sharon was predeceased by her husband, Richard.

She is survived by her children, Christine (David) Brucker and Jeff Brucker; grandchildren, Carolyn Dunne, Alyssa Dunne and Nick (Victoria) Brucker; brothers, David (Sharon) Simpson and Douglas (Martin) Simpson; nephew, Adam (Renee) Simpson; and niece, Julie Simpson.

Betty I. Clute

Betty Clute

Betty I. Clute, 91, of Medina, entered into rest on Wed., Jan. 16, 2019 at The Villages of Orleans Health and Rehab Center in Albion.

Born July 9, 1927, she was the daughter of the late William and Aretta “Reta” (Wilkinson) Tugwood. Mrs. Clute graduated from Medina High School in the class of 1945 and married Ralph Eugene Clute Sr. on July 14, 1947. They were longtime residents of Medina, and together they raised a family of four children. Mrs. Clute enjoyed camping, traveling, doing creative crafts, and gardening. In recent years, she also attended Oak Orchard Assembly of God in Medina.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ralph, on Jan. 1, 1990; her son, Douglas Clute, on March 27, 2018; and her sister, Eleanor Jividen.

She is survived by three sons, Ralph E. (Elaine) Clute Jr., James (Nancy) Clute and Scott (Susan) Clute; 13 grandchildren, Aaron, Ryan, Karyn, Adam, Sarah, Joshua, Jillian, Kathryn, Robert, Jason, Rachel, Eric and Christopher; and many great-grandchildren.

A calling hour will be held on Fri., Jan. 25 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina, where her memorial service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. The Rev. Daniel A. Thurber will officiate. Burial will be in Boxwood Cemetery at a later date in the spring.

Dolores Sedore

Dolores N. Sedore, 90, of Kendall, passed away Jan. 13, 2019 at the Martin Linsin Hospice Residence. She was born March 1, 1928 in Kent to the late William and Helen (Schepler) Nowack.

Dolores enjoyed fishing and cooking, which she was very good at.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard John Sedore, in 1997; and her daughter, Sharon Bieber, in 2017.

Dolores is survived by her sons, Gary and David; siblings, Ronald, Richard, and Kathleen Nowack Baker; grandchildren, Carrie (Aaron) Datro, Jessica Nowack and Brian (Alison) Bieber; and great-grandchildren, Anna and Ian Datro.

There will be no calling hours. Interment at Beechwood Cemetery will take place at the convenience of the family.

Donna Roberts, 81, of Albion, passed away on her birthday, Jan. 12, 2019. She was born Jan. 12, 1938 in the Town of Carlton, a daughter of the late Fred and Florence (Hawley) Forder.

Donna was a devoted member of Albion First Baptist Church. She volunteered for Hospice of Orleans, Community Action of Orleans and Genesee, and the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign.

Donna is survived by her husband, Chuck; children, Denise (Ed) Lathey, Charlie Roberts, Deanna (Doug) Baker, and Chris (Kathie Goras) Roberts; grandchildren, Bradley (Taylor Martin) Watkins, Justin Roberts, Brenden Roberts, Brandon and Kylie Baker, Megan and Nate Goras, Sarah and Holden Carey; sister, Marianne Seiler; dear friends, Mary Ann Salisbury and JoAnn Champeney; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
