Winter weather advisory issued for Orleans, WNY on Wednesday

A winter weather advisory has been issued for Orleans County and most of Western New York from 1 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, the National Weather Service in Buffalo announced.
Mixed precipitation is expected with total ice accumulations of a few hundredths of an inch and less than an inch of snow.
“Plan on slippery road conditions,” the Weather Service said. “The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.”
