Winter Weather Advisory in effect tonight through 6 p.m. Sunday
The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Orleans County and much of Western New York from 9 tonight through 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Mixed precipitation – 2 to 4 inches of snow and a tenth of an inch of ice – is expected.
“Periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery roads and limited visibilities,” the Weather Service said. “Slow down and use caution while driving.”
The highs for the next few days include 29 on Sunday, 24 on Monday, 38 on Tuesday and 40 on Wednesday.
