Wilson girls top Albion in N-O soccer

Jumping out to a 2-0 half-time advantage, Wilson went on defeat visiting Albion 3-2 this afternoon in a Niagara-Orleans League girls soccer game.

Leia Cloy, Skylar Munnikhuysen and Maddie Miller took turns scoring the goals for Wilson which upped its advantage to 3-0 in the second half.

Abby Scanlan scored off an assist from Mariah Plain and Claire Squicciarini scored unassisted for Albion.

Wilson is now 2-1 and Albion 1-1 in N-O action.

In the other games, Akron (3-0) blanked Barker (0-4) 8-0 as Kara Sequin led a parade of six scorers with 3 goals and Roy-Hart (2-0) downed Newfane (1-3) 2-1 on goals by Kara Choate and Nadia White.
