Wilson girls score soccer win over Albion

A pair of first half goals sparked Wilson to a 3-0 victory over host Albion in a Niagara-Orleans League girls soccer game this afternoon.

Addison Elia and Leia Cloy scored the opening half goals for Wilson which improves to 3-0 in N-O action. Albion slips to 0-4.

Abigail Wittenberg made 30 saves in goal for Albion.

This evening’s Medina at Roy-Hart girls game was halted by lighting with 13 minutes to go in the first half.

Medina defeated Wilson 261-incomplete this afternoon in a Niagara-Orleans League golf match.

Dylan Lonnen took medalist honors with a 41 and Camden Fike had a 47 for Medina which improves to 4-1.

Ben Meyers shot 47 for Wilson which did not have the required five players in order to have a team score.
