Wheatland-Chili downs Lyndonville

A big scoring run to close the first quarter sparked Wheatland-Chili to a 58-30 win over host Lyndonville in a Genesee Region League boys basketball game this evening.
Leading 7-4, W-C put together a 13-0 run to finish the opening period and open up a 20-4 lead.
W-C went on to hold a 33-14 advantage at the half.
Justin Higgins scored 10, Colton Smith 9 and Daniel Barry 6 for Lyndonville.
The Tigers next host Greece Odyssey in a non league game at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
