Weather Service warns snow will make travel difficult this morning
The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement this morning for Orleans, Monroe and northern Genesee counties.
Visibilities will drop to a half mile until about 8:30 this morning due to snow.
“Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations,” the Weather Service said. “Be prepared for snow or ice-covered roads. Slow down and allow extra time when traveling.”
