Weather Service warns of dangerous swimming conditions along lake
The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a beach hazards statement for today through Thursday afternoon along Lake Ontario in Orleans, Niagara, Monroe and Wayne counties.
Strong currents are expected. The Weather Service urges people to stay out of the water due to the dangerous swimming conditions.
