Warsaw Tigers romp to win over Purple Eagles

Roaring out to a 20 point first quarter lead Warsaw cruised to a 76-34 victory over Albion in a non league boys basketball game this afternoon at Albion.

Up 30-10 after the first quarter Warsaw went on to lead by margins of 56-24 at the half and 68-29 after three quarters.

Quinton Librock scored 18, Carter Bakowski 14, Ty Joy 11 and Jeremy Trzecieski 11 to lead the way for the Tigers. Bakowski scored 12 in the opening quarter.

Tyler Cody and Xavier Byrd each scored 9 and Blake Preston 8 for Albion which next visits Roy-Hart in a Niagara-Orleans League game at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Ava LaMay scored 10 and Danielle Offhaus 9 to lead Kendall.
