MEDINA – Orchard Rehabilitation & Nursing Center (formerly known as Orchard Manor) hosted its annual Volunteer Luncheon on Wednesday in celebration of National Volunteer Week, April 7 – 13.

The volunteers were honored and recognized for the impact their time and talent has had throughout the year.

Administrator Martin MacKenzie greeted and thanked the volunteers at the luncheon. Residents created a mural illustrating the various ways the volunteers contribute to their quality of life. They said that, “Hands down…our volunteers are the BEST!”

Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer may contact the Activities department at (585) 798-4100.

Residents made this mural for their volunteers during a craft session.
