Veteran trio leads Kendall volleyball squad

A trio of returning starters anchors the lineup for the Kendall varsity volleyball team heading into the upcoming Genesee Region League season.

That trio includes seniors Jenna Regan and Jessica Coble along with junior setter Brittney Marks. Regan earned G-R All-Star honors last season.

The Lady Eagles also return varsity experience in the senior trio of Harley Faro, who anchors the defense, Kelly Mayes and Anna Oakley.

Three juniors up from the JV ranks who also look to make an impact include Autumn Woodward, Brianna Drennan and Olivia Caldwell.

“We’ve got a good core group back and they are working hard,” said Coach Morgan Engelbert.

Kendall opens the season with a non league match at Medina this Wednesday and then begins G-R competition at home against Oakfield-Alabama/Elba on September 6.
