A veteran group of seven seniors will lead the way for the Holley boys varsity soccer team this season.

That contingent includes forwards John Mounts and Matt Wilson, defenders Erik Balys, Will Lavender, Kory Puente, Matt Skehan and goalie Brett Baxter.

The Hawks also return varsity experience in juniors Kohl Morgan, Brad Kingdollar, Ryan Lang and Carson Major along with sophomores Kayden Servais, Charlie Turpyn and Nathan Nothnagle.

Newcomers looking to contribute include juniors Malachi Rowcliffe and Ethan Waldron.

“Our returning group has matured,” said Coach Dan Orbaker. “We’re faster and our skill level keeps growing.”

The Hawks losses to graduation included four year starting goalie Patrick Bower along with midfielders Matt DeSimone and Andrew Moseman.
