Underclassmen dominate Lady Hawks lineup
Photo by Cheryl Wertman – Underclassmen dominate the roster for Holley which will open the girls basketball season on Thursday facing Barker in the opening round of the Kendall Tournament at 6 p.m. Anchoring the Lady Hawks lineup is this quartet of returnees including Samantha Bates, Jailyn Bishop, Tia Hoffarth and Emma Brady. All are juniors except Hoffarth who is the only senior on the squad. Juniors Leigha Walker and Layne Walker along with sophomores Alivia Wolf and Zoey Wolf round out the lineup for Holley which will open the Genesee Region League season at Pembroke on December 9.
