Twins claim playoff championship

The Bogan and Tuttle Twins edged past the MTA Yankees 2-0 to capture the Minor League playoff championship Thursday evening at Somerset Town Park.Cole Callard and Sawyer Kingsbury combined to earn the shutout on the mound with each striking out 6.
At the plate for the Twins, Tyler Allen and Lex Gray both went 2 for 2 while Will Prest, Carlos Doval, Callard, Kingsbury and Jackson Schultz also all had hits.

For the Yankees, Breydin Miller had 2 hits and Sawyer Lillaby 1. Liam Castricone pitched well and also made some good defensive plays as did Cameron Kenward and Ryleigh Culver.
