TigerSharks score sweep over Seahorses
Akron edged visiting Medina 68-65 in a Niagara-Orleans League boys’ swim meet on Tuesday.
Logan Meyers was an individual event double winner for the TigerSharks in the 100 Butterfly an 500 Freestyle.
Jackson Reese won both the 50 Free and 100 Free for the Seahorses as Brandon Brueckner took the 200 Free and Jonathan Dix the 100 Backstroke.
Akron completed the sweep by winning the girls’ meet 110-40.
Avery Haak doubled in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Backstroke and Audrey Garverick in the 200 Free and 100 Breaststroke for Akron.
Madeline Mark took the 500 Free for Medina.
The meet was the N-O opener for Akron while both Medina teams are now 0-2.
