Tigers to face Tigers for Major Div. title

Contributed Photos – Tonight’s Major Division baseball playoff championship game will be an all Lyndonville affair as the top seeded Orange Tigers (7-1-1) will host the number two seeded Black Tigers (7-2) at 6 p.m. at the Lake Avenue ball field in Lyndonville. The Orange Tigers squad, which defeated the Somerset Blue Jays 15-8 in the semifinals, includes, in the front row, Zander Miller, Mike Miner, Maddox Smith, Isiah Rodriguez, Gavyn Draper and Connor Newman. In the back row are Quincy McClinsey, Jake Gidley, Devon Babcock, Lane Woodworth, Thomas Blake and Head Coach Shaun Smith.

The Black Tigers squad, which defeated the Medina Red 13-10 in the semifinals, includes from left, Landon Markidis, Coach Vern Fonda, Logan Fonda, Shawn Robertson, Anthony Hill, Jonathan Cappetta, Brandon Dill, Amir Zimmerman, Christian Prine, Zachary Barnum, Giovanni Sabino, Atticus Mank, Coach Jack Robertson and Head Coach Jason Barnum.
