A big late inning scoring burst powered Lyndonville to a 12-6 victory over visiting Barker this afternoon in a non league baseball game.

Breaking away from a 6-6 deadlock, Lyndonville exploded for six runs in the sixth inning as AJ Buckland, Michael Wells and Evan Milleville all had RBI singles and Brandon Schoolcraft a run producing sacrifice. Singles by Justin Edwards and Ty Hrovat along with a walk loaded the bases to set up the threat.

Wells, Milleville and Hrovat each finished with two hits.

Tanner Gregoire had three hits and Jacob Desmarais a double and triple for Barker.

Lyndonville finishes the regular season at 18-1.

The Tigers are the top seed for the upcoming Section V Class DD playoffs.
