Tigers, Hawks to open sectionals at home
No. 2 seed Lyndonville will begin Section V Class D1 baseball playoff competition by hosting a quarterfinal game at 4:30 p.m. Friday.
The Tigers, which bring a 14-2 record into the sectionals, will face the winner of Thursday’s opening round contest between No. 7 Northstar and No. 10 Dundee.
In Class C1, No. 7 Holley will host No. 10 North Rose-Wolcott at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in a pre quarterfinal game.
