Snapping a season opening six game losing streak, Lyndonville defeated host Elba 4-2 today in a Genesee Region League baseball game.

The Tigers broke away from a 2-2 tie by scoring twice in the seventh inning on back-to-back bases loaded walks. A hit batter, a single by Maddox Stirk and a walk loaded the bases to set up the opportunity.

Trenton Muck picked up the win on the mound as he allowed only 2 hits and struck out 13.

In another G-R contest, Attica shutout visiting Holley 10-0.
