Several members of the Lyndonville varsity baseball and softball teams here proudly display the special jerseys they wore this afternoon in support of young Ella Suhr, the infant daughter of Joey and Maegan Suhr who is battling brain cancer. Wearing the “Ella Tigers Suhrstrong” jerseys are, in front are Aubrey Lewis, Miranda Lembcke and Lisa Boyce. In back are Michael Wells, Andrew Dusett, Eric Neace, Eddie Schildt and Jacob Hoffee. Lyndonville faculty members and students have also been purchasing T-shirts with the same logo with the proceeds going to the Suhr family. The Tigers celebrated the special event in style by sweeping the two games winning 6-4 over Notre Dame in baseball and 4-3 over Oakfield-Alabama in softball.
