Tiger spikers edged in four sets

The Lyndonville/Medina boys volleyball squad dropped a four set decision to World of Inquiry in a non league match this evening at Lyndonville.

The Tigers won the opening set 25-20 but World of Inquiry rallied to take the next three by narrow margins of 26-24 in overtime ,25-23, 25-23.

Mason Pecoraro led the Tigers at the net both in spiking kills and blocks.

At the service line the Tigers were paced by aces scored by Trevor Thaine and Chris Goyette.

Lyndonville/Medina next visits Cardinal O’Hara in a non league match on Thursday.
