Tiger matmen place at two tournaments

It was a very busy but successful day for the Lyndonville wrestling squad as the Tigers had grapplers place high at both the NCCC Officials Tournament and the Alexander Tournament.
At NCCC, Dustin Hinkley (160) went 4-1 and placed second and Dustin Joy (145) went 3-3 and took fifth for Lyndonville.
At Alexander, Chase Stinson and Frankie Carrasquillo both placed second and Jeff Gress Jr. third for the Tigers. Stinson went 3-2 on the day while Carrasquillo was 3-1 and Gress 4-1.
Lyndonville next hosts Alexander Tuesday in a Genesee Region League match.
Also at NCCC , Medina’s Colby Petrie (113) placed fifth going 6-2 for the tournament.
