Thunderwolves go 2-1 on opening day
The Niagara County Community College softball team went 2-1 today to open their Florida trip.
The Thunderwolves defeated Geneva JV 11-3 and Mid Michigan 4-3 but lost to Cuyahoga 10-1.
Medina graduate Alisha Scroger and Roy-Hart grad Maddy Glena each had 2 hits and 2 runs scored in the win over Geneva JV.
Glena also singled in the Thunderwolves lone run against Cuyahoga.
