The National Weather Service is warning thunderstorms will bring heavy rain this morning to the Niagara Frontier, north of Buffalo and moving east to Medina and Orleans County. The storms could bring an inch of rain in less than a half hour.

“Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause localized flooding,” the National Weather Service said.
