State Troopers PBA endorses Bourke for sheriff

The PBA for the troopers endorsed Bourke is his campaign for Orleans County sheriff. The PBA represents more than 7,000 members of the New York State Police, active and retired.

“I am honored and proud to receive the endorsement from the Police Benevolent Association of the New York State troopers,” Bourke said. “Over my 35 years in the criminal justice system in Orleans County, I have worked together with the New York State Police on a daily basis. I believe we have brought the level of cooperation, sharing of resources and teamwork to a new high. As I have with all police agencies, I will continue to build on our excellent relationship the Orleans County Sheriff’s has with the New York State Police.”
