State Police ask for help in locating missing local teen
Carmella Rowe has been reported missing.
ALBION – State troopers are asking for the public’s helping in locating a missing teen from Orleans County.
State troopers out of Albion say Carmella Rowe, 16, is missing. She is 5’4” and 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
