A huge second quarter keyed St. Francis to a 73-34 victory over visiting Albion this evening in a non league boys basketball game.

Albion jumped out to a 14-11 first quarter lead as Tommy Mattison scored 6 points and Evan Pappalardo 4.

However, St. Francis answered right back with a whopping 27-6 second period scoring surge to rally into the lead for good by a 38-20 margin at the half.

The Red Raiders led the Purple Eagles 57-26 after three-quarters.

Mattison finished with a total of 9 points, Pappalardo 7 and Chase Hall 6 for the Purple Eagles.

Now at 0-3, Albion next hosts Wilson on December 15 to open the Niagara-Orleans League season.
