Spartans to visit Wildcats in playoff semifinal
Looking to avenge a pair of regular season losses, the Genesee County Spartans will visit the Lockport Wildcats in the Western Conference semifinal of the Northeastern Football Alliance semipro league at 7 p.m. Saturday at Outwater Park in Lockport.
The Spartans bring a 6-2 record into the semifinals with both of those coming at the hands of undefeated (8-0) Lockport by scores of 16-6 and 36-14.
The Spartans offensive weapons include Albion High graduate wide receiver Deyonci Farley.
