Spartans sweep twin bill from Rams
Starpoint swept to a doubleheader victory over Roy-Hart in a non league basketball twin bill this evening at Niagara County Community College.
Starpoint won the boys’ game 67-52 and the girls’ contest 50-43.
In the boys’ game, Adam Rankie poured in a game high 35 points for Starpoint which led 32-25 at the half. Lance Krieger and Charlie Bruning both scored 14 for Roy-Hart.
In the girls contest, Jaden Mott scored 16 for Starpoint which was up 28-24 at the half. Ashley Hill led R-H with 13.
