Press Release, Orleans County Chief Administrative Officer Jack Welch

HOLLEY – We are fortunate to have a countywide solid waste program for all of our residents. We attempt to provide this service to all residents who reside on our town roads, county roads, state roads and even fire lanes.

We work with Modern Disposal Services to ensure that their commercial equipment may safely and efficiently service our community. However, today’s collection may be delayed until Saturday.

The routes affected include the Village of Holley, Route 31, Fancher Road, Hulberton Road and North Main Street from Holley to Route 104.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this creates for our residents along the affected routes,” said Jack Welch, Orleans County chief administrative officer. “If these residents leave out their solid waste, Modern Disposal should have your items collected first thing tomorrow.”
