Sinkhole shuts down part of Yates-Carlton Townline Road
A sinkhole has forced local officials to close a section of Yates-Carlton Townline Road.
The road between Ashwood and Alps roads was closed on Sunday, with the southbound lane open for emergency traffic.
But today that southbound lane was also closed to all traffic.
The road is owned by Orleans County and is closed until further notice.
