Shelridge crowns Fall Member-Member champs

The duo of Jeff Diebel and Brett Decker captured top honors in the annual Fall Member-Member Tournament at Shelridge this past weekend.
Diebel and Decker scored a seven shot victory over runners-up Frank and John Vekich.
The tournament also had a trio of flight winners. Those winners included Neal Hermann and James Tee in the Oak Hill Flight, Tom Pegelow and Dennis Higgins in the Craig Burn Flight and Butch and David Stupnick in the Brookfield Flight.
This Sunday an 18 hole playoff will be held to determine the Shelridge Player of the Year.
Five players have qualified for the playoff including Butch Stupnick, Alex Misiti, Bruce Foley, Brett Decker and Frank Vekich.
The playoff will have the highest net score eliminated after six holes, the second highest eliminated after 12 holes and the remaining three golfers will play the final six holes for the championship.
