Shelridge crowned a pair of young club champions in tournament competition over the weekend.
Alex Misiti claimed his second straight men’s club championship while young Melanie Green, 12, captured the ladies title.
Alex Misiti posted a score of 223 on rounds of 73-74-76 to capture the title by three strokes over his brother Andrew Misiti (73-78-75-226).
Two former champions placed third and fourth as Ray Neuman finished with a 228 total and Tom Hungerford a 233.
Charlie Kudel won the ‘A’ Flight, Bruce Foley the ‘B’ Flight, John Vekich the ‘C’ Flight and Mike Rippe the ‘D’ Flight.
In the women’s tournament, Green bested runner-up Melinda Whiting for the club title.
Val Peters took top honors in the ‘B’ Flight and Kim McPherson in the ‘C’ Flight.
