Section VI honors former Medina A.D.
Patrick Burke
Former Medina High Athletic Director Patrick Burke has been selected for induction into the Section VI Hall of Fame.
Burke served as athletic director, assistant principal and girls varsity basketball coach from 1988-1995.
After leaving Medina he returned to his alma mater Lockport High where he served as athletic director for 20 years.
The Section VI Hall of Fame Class of 2023 will also include Olympic gold and silver medalist pole vaulter Jen Suhr who is a graduate of Fredonia High.
The induction ceremony will be held December 1.
