Section VI football schedule is set
Section VI officials have released the final draft of the 2016 high school football schedule which for Albion, Barker/Roy-Hart and Medina/Lyndonville is unchanged from the initial draft.
All three teams will open the season on Friday September 2 with Medina/Lyndonville at Barker/Roy-Hart and Albion at Lew-Port.
The three local teams will be in the B East Division along with Alden, Depew and Lackawanna. The only change from last year is that Lackawanna replaces East Aurroa which has returned to the B South Division.
The schedules for the three teams are as follows:

Oct. 7 – Akron

Sept. 2 – Medina/Lyndonville
Sept.10 – at Notre Dame, Batavia
Sept. 16 – at Albion
Sept. 23 – Alden
Oct. 1 – at Newfane
Oct. 8 – Depew
