Seahorses score sweep over Raiders

Improving to 6-1, the Medina boys swim team downed Barker 109-50 this afternoon in a “virtual” Niagara-Orleans League meet.
Isaac Pace was a double winner for Medina taking the 50 Free and the 100 Breaststroke in a school record time of 1:05.25 which broke a 23 year old record.
Medina’s Isaac Pace set a new school record with a win in the 100 Breaststroke and also took the 50 Free.
Mike Marker also doubled in the 200 Free and 500 Free for the Seahorses which also had Austin Tompkins win the 200 Individual Medley and Ben Griffin the 100 Free.
Drew Sandolfini won the 100 Butterfly and Ryan Stevener the 100 Backstroke for Barker.
Completing the sweep the Medina girls defeated Barker 101-49 to improve to 4-3.
Madelynn Satkowski was a double winner in the 200 Free and 100 Free for Medina as Brooklynn Brown took the IM, Amanda Woodruff the 50 Free and Corrine Hill the 500 Free.
Natalie Bruning won the 100 Backstroke and Emma McGrath the 100 Breaststroke for Barker.
