Salamanca lacrosse team downs Medina
Jumping out to a nine goal first quarter lead, Salamanca went on to down visiting Medina 21-6 in a Class D Division lacrosse game this evening.
Jaxon Crouse scored 5 of his 6 goals in the decisive opening period which saw Salamanca grab an 11-2 lead.
Improving to 2-1 on the young season, the Warriors went on to lead by margins of 15-4 at the half and 18-4 after three quarters.
Cole Callard scored 3 goals, Gavin Dahlhaus 2 and Lucius Wagner 1 for Medina which slips to 0-3.
The Mustangs next visit Depew at 6 p.m. Friday.
