Royals down Mustangs in opener

Jumping out to a 23-10 first quarter lead, Rochester Career Mentoring Charter School went on to defeat host Medina 78-47 this evening in the Mustangs non league season opener.
Amos Williams scored 15 of his game high 32 points to spearhead the Royals early surge.
Keenan Mayers chipped in with 16 on the evening for the Royals which led 36-20 at the half.
Jalin Cooper led Medina with 21 as Justin Morgan added 9 and Daryl Haynes 6.
Medina next visits Nichols on Tuesday in another non league contest.
