Roy-Hart rallies to win tourney opener
Roy-Hart rallied with a pair of second half goals to nip Batavia 2-1 this afternoon in the opening round of the Holley boys soccer round-robin tournament.
Roy-Hart pulled even at 1-1 when Jon Huntington scored nine minutes into the second half off an assist from Aidan Bligh.
The Rams then netted the game winner when Jamasen Johnson scored with just five minutes remaining as Tyler Choate earned the assist.
Roy-Hart will next face Holley at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Holley will then host Batavia at 6:30 p.m. Friday to round out the tourney.
