Roy-Hart locks up N-O girls swim title
Undefeated Roy-Hart put a lock on the Niagara-Orleans League girls swim championship by posting a 104-67 victory over host Akron this afternoon.
Roy-Hart, which shared the N-O title with Akron last year, stays perfect at 8-0 while the TigerSharks slip to 5-3.
Kayla Hagen was a double winner in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Freestyle for Roy-Hart which also had Mandy Hill set a new school record in the 500 Free with a winning time of 5:30.63.
The Roy-Hart boys completed the sweep by downing Akron 112-54 as Will Rickard doubled in the 200 Free and 100 Free.
Roy-Hart improves to 6-2 and Akron slips to 2-6.
