Roy-Hart has two All State soccer honorees
Photos by Cheryl Wertman – Two Roy-Hart soccer players, sophomore Kaitlin Mettler and senior Peter Martillotta, have earned All-State honors. Mettler has been named to the Class B fourth team and Martillotta to the small schools fifth team. Mettler, who earned second team All-Western New York honors this season, scored 30 goals and added 9 assists. She is a two-time first team Niagara-Orleans All-League selection and was named this past season’s N-O Player of the Year. Martillotta, who earned first team All-WNY honors, had 40 goals and 7 assists. He is a three-time first team N-O All-League honoree and a two-time N-O Player of the Year.
