Roy-Hart has top 5 finishers at Class C meet

Four Roy-Hart athletes earned top five finishes at the Section VI Class C track championship meet on Saturday at Southwestern.

Julia Miles placed second in the High Jump and third in both the 100 Hurdles and 400 Hurdles.

The Rams also had Alexis Cacciatore place 4th in the 400, Josiah Rodriguez 5th in the 1600 and Jack Johnson 5th in the 400 Hurdles.

Newfane’s Ben Dickinson had top five finishes in four events as he took 2nd in the Triple Jump, 3rd in the High Jump, 4th in the Long Jump and 5th in the 400.

The Panthers also had several athletes earn top five finishes in two events including Liam Betteridge (2nd in Steeplechase and 5th in 3200), Stephanie Chunco (2nd in 200 and fifth in 400), Kylie Bowman (2nd in 3000 and 4th in 1500) and Brianna Michalak (2nd in Pole Vault and 5th in Triple Jump).

Section VI Class D Meet
Barker’s Emma Evans placed first in the 3000 and took third in the 1500 at the Section VI Class D meet held on Friday at Randolph.

Barker also got 4th place finishes from Mason Allee Castro (1600), Zach Santarsiro (Shotput), Mikala Woock (1500) and Hailey Dodge (Pole Vault) as well as 5th place finishes from Jordan Leising (200) and Duke Redsteer (Discus).

Section V Class B2 meet
At the Section V Class B3 meet held at Attica, Holley had Allison Merle place 3rd in the 100 Hurdles and 4th in the 400 Hurdles, Sam Bates 3rd in the High Jump and Zoey Wolf 5th in the Pole Vault.

Kendall had Hannah Brundage place 4th in the 1500.
