Roy-Hart grad to play for Muckdogs

Roy-Hart graduate and Canisius University freshman Brayden Hy has become the second local player to sign to play with the Batavia Muckdogs of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League this summer.
An outfielder, Hy was a multi year Niagara-Orleans All-League selection during his scholastic days at Roy-Hart.
He hit .417 during his years with the Rams banging out 108 hits, including 9 home runs, and drove in 94 runs.
Hy will join Medina High graduate Brian Fry on the Muckdogs roster.
A middle infielder, Fry previously played for the Muckdogs during the 2022 season.
The Muckdogs are scheduled to open the season at home on May 31 against the Elmira Pioneers.
