Roy-Hart girls rally past Lyndonville

Roy-Hart rallied in the second half to edge past host Lyndonville 3-2 this afternoon in a non league girls soccer game.
Trailing 2-1, Roy-Hart first rallied to knot the contest on a goal by Ava Bligh and then to net the game winner on a tally by Ellie Todd with 12 minutes to go.
The Lady Rams also jumped out to a quick 1-0 lead in the first two minutes of the game as Kayleigh Kuzma scored off an assist from Bligh.
However, Lyndonville rallied into a tie before the half ended on a goal by Emily Houseman.
The Lady Tigers then grabbed their only lead at 2-1 10 minutes into the second half off an assist from Anna Lewis.
Byron-Bergen 4, Kendall 1
Byron-Bergen clinched at least a tie for the Genesee Region League Division 1 title by downing visiting defending champion Kendall 4-1 this evening.
The Lady Bees jumped out to a 2-0 lead on a pair of goals by Makenzie Muoto.
Kendall closed the gap to 2-1 before halftime on a goal by Taylor ReQua off a direct kick but the Lady Eagles could not find the net again.
B-B finishes the G-R season at 12-1 while Kendall is 8-4 with a home game against Attica up coming on Thursday.
Attica 2, Holley 1
Julia Smith scored Holley’s goal off an assist from Ryley O’Mara and Madison Papaj made 6 saves in goal during the narrow 2-2 G-R loss to Attica.
