Roy-Hart cagers down CCA for first win
Gaining victory No. 1 on the young season, Roy-Hart bested host Central Christian Academy 56-47 this evening in a non league boys basketball game.
Reed Albee scored 13, Charlie Bruning 11, Charlie Brigham 10 and Lance Krieger 9 to lead the balanced attack for Roy-Hart which is now 1-1.
“We got real good balance and it was a real good team effort,” said Roy-Hart Coach Joe Pawlak.
Bruning scored 6 and Krieger 5 in the final stanza to help lock up the win for the Rams which led 26-17 at the half.
Roy-Hart next visits Southwestern on Friday for another non league game.
In another non league game, Elba downed visiting Barker 62-36.
