Roy-Hart/Barker swimmers sweep Akron

Roy-Hart/Barker scored a sweep over visiting Akron this evening in a Niagara-Orleans League swim meet.

The Channel Cats won the boys’ meet 105-43 and the girls’ competition 87-78.

Garrett Glyshaw doubled in the 200 Free and 500 Free and Hank Trombley in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Backstroke for the Roy-Hart/Barker boys squad. Kordell Demaison also took the 100 Butterfly and Jackson Brauen the 100 Breaststroke.

Elden Ground won both the 50 Free and 100 Free for Akron.

The Roy-Hart/Barker boys squad is now 5-1 and Akron 1-6.

Ava Achtyl won the 100 Backstroke, Jillian Ossont the 100 Free, Shelby Dauphinee the 100 Butterfly and Sam Fox the 200 Individual Medley for the Roy-Hart/Barker girls.

Audrey Garverick doubled in the 200 Free and 500 Free and Madigan Regan in the 50 Free and 100 Breaststroke for the Akron girls.

Roy-Hart/Barker is now 6-0 and Akron 4-3.

Newfane sweeps Albion
Newfane bested visiting Albion winning the boys’ meet 97-64 and the girls’ 111-53.

Noah Kneeland doubled in the IM and 500 Free for the Newfane boys as Dylan Lamont took the Backstroke and Dmitri Young the Butterfly.

Matthew Kania won both the 200 Free and Breaststroke and Justin Kania the 50 Free and 100 Free for Albion.

Newfane is now 6-0 and Albion 2-5.

Kimberly Schmitt won both the IM and Breaststroke and Lauren Enderton the 100 Free and Backstroke for the Newfane girls. Avery Stevenson also took the 50 Free and Eliana Reis the 500 Free.

Kiera Sidari doubled in the 200 Free and Butterfly for Albion.

Newfane is now 5-1 and Albion 1-6.
