Roy-Hart/Barker/Medina icers tie W. Seneca
The Roy-Hart/Barker/Medina club hockey team battled to a 5-5 overtime tie with West Seneca on Sunday.
Trevor Lock scored three goals for RBM as Andrew Vaeth and Ryan Mettler each netted one. Joel Harris dished out two assists and Lock one.
West Seneca jumped out to a 2-1 first period lead but RBM answered with a 3-1 second period scoring edge to take a 4-2 lead.
However, West Seneca rebounded with a 2-1 scoring edge in the third period knotting the contest at 5-5 to force an overtime period in which neither team could find the net.
