Roy-Hart and Barker score N-O softball wins
Roy-Hart downed Albion 5-2 and Barker bested Medina 20-8 in Niagara-Orleans League softball action this afternoon.
Maria Peracciny had 2 hits and Reanna Perkins a double for Roy-Hart while Maya Knaak had a triple and Leah Pritchard a double for Albion.
Roy-Hart is now 5-0 and Albion 1-4.
Lilly Monthony had 4 hits and Natalie Brandel, Kaylee Stoll and Mia Herman each added 3 to lead the way for Barker.
Lily Carpenter, Miriam Fike and Rylee VanNostrand each had 2 hits for Medina.
Barker is now 2-1 and Medina 1-4.

Medina defeated host Akron 70-48 in a Niagara-Orleans League boys track meet this afternoon.
Kaedon Cleveland doubled in the 110 Hurdles and 400 Hurdles and Bryson Costich took both the 100 and Long Jump for Medina.
Will Chubb doubled in the 1600 and 3200 for Akron.
Akron defeated Medina in the girls meet 118-28.
