For the second night in a row, the RoyHart/Barker/Medina/Akron Club hockey team played into overtime, tying Jamestown 5-5 on Saturday.

As this ends the regular season, RBM finishes with a record of 6-10-2, and is expected to be the No. 1 seed in its division in the upcoming sectional playoffs.

This was a very tough game as RBM found themselves behind 3-0 at the end of the opening period.  Finally, in the next period they got on the board with a goal by Dominic Peracciny (R-H), his first of three on the night, assisted by Michael Kuchey (R-H).

Entering the final period down 3-1, RBM allowed Jamestown to score very early in the period.  It was at this point that the team really went to work, beginning with a Kuchey goal of assists from Peracciny and Mitchell Johnson (B) ) and continuing the comeback with a Dylan Krzykowski (Ak) goal assisted by Tom Paisley R-H).

Jamestown went ahead 5-3 with just three minutes remaining in the game, but Peracciny was able to score two goals in that time, with the last one coming with just 39 seconds left in regulation.  The teams finished with a scoreless five minute overtime.

Playoff pairing should be announced this coming week.
