The RoyHart/Barker/Medina/Akron Club hockey team played their last away game of the regular season Tuesday evening dropping an 8-5 decision to host East Aurora- Holland on their outdoor rink.

Falling behind 1-0 after one period, Dylan Krzykowski (Akron) scored early in the second period for RBM with the assist going to Conner McNeil (Medina) to even the score.

RBM took the lead on a goal by Tagen Decker (R-H) with assists going to Michael Kuchey and Dominic Peracciny, both of Roy-Hart.

Again, EA-H tied the score, but RBM regained a brief lead on a score by Kuchey assisted by Peracciny and Reed Winslow (R-H).

EA-H scored quickly to end the period with a 4-3 lead.

RBM tied the game at the outset of the third period on Decker’s second goal on an assist from Winslow.

However, the home team then scored three quick goals in six minutes to put the game out of reach.

Peracciny tallied RBM’s final score assisted by Kuchey and Krzykowski.

EA-H had an empty net goal to finish the scoring.

RBM now begins a series of five straight home games to finish the regular season, beginning with a return game against East Aurora-Holland on January 30th at 8:40 p.m.
